Design safety training with stakeholders
Created learner-centered instruction in an interactive (virtual realty goggles) that is relevant, engaging and focused on the needs of the learner.
We developed a plan after several meetings with stakeholders, using OSHA safety guidelines. After each course was developed, workers were run through the simulations and gave feedback. Documentation for the simulations as well as setting up the equipment was developed for trainers.
